In September of 2007, 18 missionaries representing 6 ministry areas in Asia met together in Chiang Mai, Thailand to wrap up a leadership development cohort that began in Singapore 12 months earlier. Now it is time for them head back "home". But they won't stop learning, because they know they have much more to learn if they are to be effective in what God is calling them to do. And they will maintain the friendships established through their experiences they have shared, with anticipation to see what the Lord will do among them and through them in the days ahead. I think the dream is off to a good start. Back to the present . . .
