Day of Prayer and Vision

"During the night, Paul had a vision of a man from Macedonia standing and begging him, 'Come over to Macedonia, and help us.' After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them."

Today is the day you have set apart to bring your crossroad to the Lord for an extended time of prayer. Ask Him to reveal to you a glimpse of the pattern He is designing in your life. Do not be surprised if altogether new thoughts come to you. This is His way of speaking to you. Write them down for consideration after your day is over, no matter how unusual they may seem to you at the moment.

Collecting thoughts and impressions in your Day of Prayer and Vision journal will help capture this day and later prompt you to remember what the Lord said. Writing your thoughts will also aid you later as you organize them and come to conclusions.
